2024 Dynasys apu troubleshooting

I called Dynasys customer support and was told to just use the manual mode and the unit has a Kobota engine so they are built to last. The customer support representative told me that it's actually better for the engine to stay in manual mode rather than auto mode because the auto mode starts and stops the engine which is bad for this unit..
