May 17, 2011 · 2009 - 2014 Ford F150 - Sync stopped working - My sync stopped working this morning. I press the media or phone buttons and nothing. No prompt or anything. It seems this is fairly common. Researched and some have said pull the fuse and/or update the software. You can also try resetting the Sync system by holding the power button (if that still works) + Next Track for 10 seconds or so. Screen should go black and boot right back up. Reply Like.
