The shift to park "message" issue actually started out on the Malibu and Camaro (?) before even the Acadia a few years ago. I have a 2012 Acadia Denali that was experiencing the same issue rpm fluctuation under load. Thinking it was a gas/air mixture issue I tried swapping coils, spark plugs, cleaning gas tank, and cleaning the throttle body. It helped, but did not resolve the issue. This refrigerant isn't compatible with R134a.I have a 2017 Acadia, purchased new July 2017. 21k miles on it now. The shift to park message just started 3 weeks ago (November 2018 ) and learned more by reading this forum. Before reading this forum, I did notice on my Acadia that the P on the center console and the P on the dash both indicate "P", but the message on the screen still appeared..
