Left side pressure under ribs
It’s very mild, like a pulled muscle almost even though I didn’t do that. Sounds like gas at your splenic flexure. Or a spasm. Common spot for bowel discomfort. I also have a reoccurring dull pressure under my left rib cage. It moves from front to side to back randomly. I have been super gassy because of fiber supplements. Many people (like myself) who has gastritis also experience acid reflux and get pains under the rib. Trying taking an acid reducer medication and see if it improves. Fyi, acid reflux is not neccesarrily felt only on mid-chest area. It can be felt through your whole upper body and mid-section (abdomen).
